No one can debate the greatness of last year’s Syracuse men’s basketball team. But soon, the end result of its success will be up in the air – literally.

On Nov. 11, when SU plays the Harlem Globetrotters in an exhibition game at the Carrier Dome, Syracuse will raise its championship banner to the Dome’s rafters. The game will be televised on ESPN.

Tennis

Senior Jessica Schlosser and freshman Katie Bramante finished second in the Flight B doubles consolation bracket at the Brown Invitational in Providence, R.I., over the weekend.

They lost to Brown’s Victoria Beck and Alex Arlak, 8-3.

The next match for SU comes at the ITA East Regional in Blacksburg, Va., on Oct. 24.
