Letter to the editor: Silence cellular phones in library

As I sit here in Bird Library attempting to be productive, I have to wonder what the hell happened to the library etiquette I was painstakingly taught as a child growing up. As a 26-year-old graduate student, maybe I’m just too old to understand how all you undergrads can gab on your cell phones bitching about the cost of Greyhound tickets and (my favorite) setting up booty calls (‘I miss you! I BETTER see you tonight! Come up to my room later!’) in a voice audible to everyone. Turn the damn things off, please.
