Here are three takeaways from the Student Association’s Monday night meeting in Maxwell Auditorium:

Elections

The SA assembly elected four new assembly representatives. Those elected include James Longo for the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, Alan Nguyen and Rachel Cathie for the College of Arts and Sciences at Syracuse University and Eddie Devino for the College of Engineering and Computer Science.

Campus climate survey

A campus survey that will be open from Tuesday through March 11 will allow students to give their opinions on different aspects of campus life at SU. The results will be published in the fall.

International student enrollment

With enrollment among international students increasing, SA Vice President Jane Hong said it will be important for SU to increase resources on campus for those students.
