Here is a round-up of criminal activity that happened near campus this week, according to police bulletins:

Open container

A senior in the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, 22, was arrested on the charge of possession of an open container, according to a police bulletin.

When: Friday



Where: 1200 Harrison St.

 

Many charges

A Syracuse man, 26, was arrested on charges of possession of a weapon in the second degree, criminal possession of a firearm, reckless endangerment in the first degree, obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, resisting arrest, unlawful possession of marijuana, reckless driving, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, unlicensed operation of a vehicle, failure to use designated lane and driving with no seat belt.

Assault by student

A freshman in the College of Arts and Sciences, 19, was arrested on the charge of assault in the third degree, according to a police bulletin.
