Womack reportedly signs letter of intent to play at Syracuse, becomes 2nd quarterback in Class of 2015

Quarterback Kenterius Womack has signed a national letter of intent to play for Syracuse, Operations and Recruiting Quality Control coach Cole Dial tweeted on Thursday afternoon.

The Luverne (Alabama) High School signal-caller filled one of two remaining scholarships SU had for the Class of 2015. Womack stands at 6-foot-3 and 185 pounds and runs a 4.47-second 40-yard dash, per Scout.

Womack didn’t have a single offer from any team as National Signing Day passed, per Scout, but committed to Syracuse on an official visit taken this week.

He becomes the second quarterback in SU’s current class, joining Eric Dungey, and adds to a roster already with three quarterbacks in senior Terrel Hunt, freshman AJ Long and sophomore Austin Wilson.
